'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Worst VRBO experience imaginable. No AC. No microwave. No ventilation or natural light. RATS everywhere outside, and no screens, so windows cannot be opened. 'The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. The is truly a special space and shows how very special the owner is. '

'The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. '
