'First of all, I had a difficult time getting in touch with customer front desk by phone. My sisters and I called several times and each time no one picked up the phone. The property is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms twice due to broken items. 1st room had a broken shower seat. The 2nd room had a leak from the bathroom ceiling later in the evening and no maintenance tech on-site until the following morning. 'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '
