'You can tell the property is a little aged. All the faucet handle was about the fall off and shower curtain was barely hanging on. Bottom of the bathroom door have sign of water damage. We only stay here because it was close to a friend's house.'

'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '
