'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '

However, the AC did not work in my room. I was told they were at capacity for the first night and couldn’t move me to a different room. I had to ask for a fan, it wasn’t offered.
