' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'Bath room not clean Toilet not flushing well'

'It was an overall wonderful experience. Although my stay was very short, just for one day, I could still feel the holiday atmosphere and warmth throughout my visit. The ambience was very pleasant, and the hospitality was excellent. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff members for their great cooperation and support. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again.'
