'There were a few HVAC issues with the room though the frontdesk and maintenance teams were prompt and courteous. Service was friendly albeit a bit slow as it seemed they may have been a bit understaffed. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable; no significant shortcomings. '

'The hotel had been oversold, and they gave our room to someone else. I paid for a double queen months before but was given a small king room, so one person had to sleep on the floor. The woman working the front desk at check-in was rude and didn’t seem to be bothered that they had done this to us. The evening staff was far more pleasant and very apologetic. There were some signs of mold in the shower, but otherwise the room was mostly clean and reasonable. Breakfast was solid and surprisingly...

'This property is run down, and dirty. Trash around the entry, weeds in the landscape beds, elevator is beat up, carpets in hall have not been vacuumed, hall wall paper pealing off. Someone had “drawn” on the window in my room male genitalia. Front desk staff was just going thru the motions- not welcoming. This place is a mess!!! '
