Hotels met roomservice in South Columbus

'Great'

'Told I was a light sleeper, they put me two door from the end. Heard state route traffic all night and the people right above us had children and the was up all night running and jumping. Did not sleep well at all.'

'Loved the shower beer and mini bar! Dinner in the restaurant was great. Disappointed with hotel check-in. Host was not friendly or engaging. Had to ask about complimentary beer with check-in, information on morning breakfast and workout room. Breakfast was fine. Had to ask the hostess to put out syrup for waffles, ketchup for hash browns, milk for cereal and silverware. Were there beermosas available with breakfast?! No one offered these, but friends mentioned later how amazing they were...

'For locals, they gave us a $250 security deposit. This is ridiculous. No other hotel has a deposit this high. Will not go back'

'Was unaware that hotel was under construction, and staff was not at counter on multiple occasions.'

'This is a false advertisement. Their pictures show it looks clean, but it isn’t clean and has a lot of cockroaches in the bathtub, bedsheets, and on the table where my laptop sits. Then the next door has their tv so loud that I can hear all night.'

'no'

'The helpful staff and my room was clean as well the hotel, the breakfast was fantastic and the casino was an easy walk over and accessible.'

'It was a lower price hotel, and it served the needs that I paid for perfectly very clean. Very good stuff.'

'The hotel was adequate although not phenomenal. Blow dryer didn’t work and they didn’t have a replacement. Good thing I was only driving home that day and didn’t need to look my best! The sofa was leather seats with upholstered back. Didn’t match and had definitely seen better days.'

'Room was clean. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Close to a lot of fast food places.'
