'Beautiful stay!'

'Unfortunately this stay didn’t meet expectations due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found multiple broken items around the house, and the couch had an unpleasant body-odor smell. The dishwasher also wasn’t functioning correctly, and I had to repair it myself, then rewash the dishes because they weren’t clean.Safety was also a concern: the stairs were missing a hand rail, and the top step is very narrow and steep, which felt dangerous. 'The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....

'Plenty of markets and businesses in the area also larger makers market. Wonderful German food and hospitality at Schmidt’s haus of sausage and their fudge store is delicious. House was clean and offered basic starter needs for your stay. Host was kind and prompt on communication! We have already decided to book again soon! '

'Pictures on website look much brighter than actual thing. Dust in corners and baseboards. No rugs where shown in pictures except under small table. Basement where laundry is located is disgusting. I was actually afraid to walk down the steps at first. It looks like they throw any extra boxes etc down there and there was dirt and spiderwebs all over. Old shower curtain in bathroom closet. Curtains that were torn down by other guests also in cabinet. Kitchen was nice. Room air conditioner was...
