'Cute cottage. Great neighborhood. We enjoyed the screened in porch, fire pit, walking our dog through the neighborhood, and convenient location to Saugatuck (great shopping and restaurants )'

'The whole family was very happy with this house! Very clean, quick responses from the owner, well stocked kitchen and the hot tub was a great extra with it being chilly out. Very quiet area and an easy drive to downtown. Being October, we had the beach to ourselves so that was nice. The beach was our kids favorite thing, even built sandcastles :) We will definitely keep this as an option for future visits to the area!'

'This place was top notch! Adorable from the get-go! Sunset Mimosa comes with all the ingredients to make your own! Super quick trot down to the beach to enjoy the sand, sun and surf! Bedrooms were great - comfortable beds, plenty of storage for our things! Bathrooms - also plenty of room and storage - and the nice addition of fabulous shampoos/conditioners, body wash was a great bonus. Kitchen - appliances were new and clean and there is just about any pot/pan/dish you need there!...

'This little cabin was very clean & cozy. It was close to 2 state park trails that we enjoyed since we are hikers. A little cool & windy but we still enjoyed the beach. And also close to the downtown area. We enjoyed dinner at Clementines & breakfast at Six Chicks.'

'We loved our long-weekend stay! A lot of space for anyone who needs to WFH a little before getting back to the big group. Loved how much room there way to stay in, watch movies, play some board games, use the game room and generally spend time together with a big group. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub & the quick stroll to get to the private beach for some fresh air. We had 8 friends, but more could have easily fit. Love it!'

'We've stayed in this development before, and LOVE the location! The property was clean and the hosts were very responsive. Really appreciated the family room set up with comfortable seating for a group! Beach chairs and umbrella were amazing! The beds are not great (which was a disappointment) and, personally, I would have loved to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Properties like this make vacationing easy! Thanks Dean & team!'
