'We booked and fully paid for 2 rooms to stay 3 nights about 4 months ago. When we drove there and tried to check in at 4pm (check in time is 3pm), only one was available. Receptionist just gave an excuse that they are short staffs and will let us know once it is done or we can cancel the whole booking together. What kind of business was it?
