'Check in was seamless and very quick, 5 minutes. Hotel overall is nice, nice area. We had a river view room which was really nice at nice with the bridge and the lights. Only issue we had were the pillows on the bed. They look big and firm, but flatten as soon as you lay in them. My fiancés had neck and back pain from the lack of support. Outside of that one thing everything was fine.'

'We stay at the Red Carpet every time we travel by air from JFK. We drive from our home in Ohio to the Red Carpet the night before our flight. Then it is a short hour and a half (or 2 with heavy traffic) to the airport the next day. It works for us. The hotel is clean and safe. We like the staff. It is always a good stay.'

'Room was spotless, bed comfortable, staff friendly. ONLY tiny complaint was the loud beeping (of the waffle maker) during breakfast. Lots of people must have been wanting waffles!'
