'Nice single story home in Double Diamond neighborhood of Reno. House is very comfortable with three private bedrooms and a large garage. The backyard is perfect for dogs but because it backs up to a busy loud street it’s probably not the best for hanging out. '

'Our email confirmation guided us to the property. We showed up to the door and I opened up my app inbox to get entry instructions. That was when I saw my inbox message that it had been double booked. To their partial credit, the message was sent 6 days prior. However, I hadn’t been prompted to check my inbox. The property manager was apologetic in the message and asked me to cancel the booking. Obviously I didn’t cancel the booking (didn’t see the message) and no effort was made to follow up...

'Half of the lights never worked and we couldn’t play pool with all the pool sticks being broken. Other than that it was a good stay'
