'We stayed in a recently refurbished room and were very comfortable. Great view of the mountain. Shuttle from the Coastal Classic train to the hotel worked very well. We enjoyed a casual meal in aBar as well as a tasty brunch in the Tramline Cafe. My husband found the Nordic Spa to be excellent. The restaurant at the top of the tram had wonderful views but was pricey. Overall a very enjoyable stay.'

'The day we checked in and as we almost made it to our room, the fire alarm went off. With luggage in hand we ran down the stairs and found the outdoor exit with another guest. We made our way to the front of the building and learned it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Anyway, fun times :-) The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with optoons to have omelets made the way you want, and pancakes too. Our room was clean and quite. Overall, great stay.'
