'Would have preferred a walk-in shower but room was excellent with lovely view of the mountains. Our reservation was somehow lost but the hotel was very accommodating and gave us their best available rate. '

'The property is amazing. The walk in coffee shop unfortunately guilts/shames you into to tipping a min of 20%, even if you just order a bottle of water. The big screen they turn around for you to pay that makes you select a tip or not is irritating as everyone behind you can see if you tip. If I order my food and I am standing, I am not tipping.. those staff get a non-tipped wage. Get rid of the tip shakedown …'
