'We had an OK stay. Our room colors were gray and it gave off a dingy look and feel. Not bright and cheerful. They have a vent in the ceiling blowing out cold air - the AC. The vent is by the window / but also blows on the bed, which made sleeping a bit difficult. Cold air was blowing on me all night - could not shut it off, as needed the cool air throughout the night to cool the room. For the size of the hotel the breakfast eating area is quite small. It can be difficult to find a...

'Wow! Probably the best value we have ever gotten with our stay. The room and decore were amazing. My daughter is a book worm and was smiling ear to ear at all the painted lockers. The staff were unbelievably helpful. The room was clean and huge. You will have zero regrets here.'

'Staff was very welcoming and helpful, Room had water seeping through laminate flooring not sure if it's from cleaning or the ac leaking under it. Only eggs at buffet breakfast was hard boiled. Would have been nice to have a hot tub after a long days travel. Could use a few more seating at pool area, currently only has two tables. Restraunt across parking lot( urban farmhouse) was super convenient and food was very good and affordable.'

'This is our second time staying at Drury hotel in Mount Vernon, Illinois. The staff is very kind and helpful, and they are very welcoming. The rooms and the whole place is always clean and smells fresh. Breakfast is very delicious and the evening snacks are awesome. This place is very welcoming. My children and I enjoy staying here every time we come.'

'Second time staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean room and linens. Breakfast offerings are typical generic fair. Dry cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs, waffle maker, etc. They did have a very, very nice selection of lovely high-quality teas available. Orange juice was very good.'

'There was food on our comforter and also what looked like dried blood as well as ink. We asked for a new blanket and were told we would get one- we did not. The lady at the front desk when we arrived late was more interested in her television than hospitality. We wandered around looking for an elevator and she did not even look up at us. The breakfast lacked any sources of protein except sweetened yogurt. They did have apples, and carbs, carbs, carbs- no eggs, no sausage, no bacon, etc....

'Amazing hotel, the room was spotless and very spacious with fantastic views. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really nice and great portions too. The casino is huge and worth a visit! The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel!'

'Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Large breakfast area. The lady who took care of the breakfast area was constantly refilling and keeping the area nice. She worked the entire time and nothing ever ran low. The room was actually pretty well kept considering it’s a hotel. Parking was easy and felt safe.'
