'The pool time for both pools is 8am-8pm which seems ridiculous during the summer. Also advertising a beach, but there isn’t any access to the water to swim. Other than that we had a great time. The staff is excellent!!!!'

'This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well. 'All staff were friendly. Elevator area on the 18th was not cleaned for two days. I paid for parking when I checked in but had to pay when leaving the garage. There was no attendant in the booth and no one answered the call button. The pool was super small and mostly children. Would be nice to have a pool area for adults especially since there is a pool side bar.'
