I had previously stayed in a Hilton branch the prior weekend and the beds were so comfortable so I was looking forward to this visit but wasn’t able to get the super comfortable sleep, but I was hoping to.'

'The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons...
