'The house was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our needs. I would most definitely recommend the house to anyone. My only negative is the brick work in the left corner of the pool area definitely needs work. It is a hazard. All in all a great choice for us!'

'We made a quick trip south to experience tarpon fishing at Boca Grande. This house is about 9 minutes from the marina where many boats launch and less than 20 minutes from downtown, restaurants and bars. This house provided comfortable lodging and was clean and tidy. Kitchen is well stocked. And if you and your family/friends are looking for more than just a comfortable house, the host has provided you with all the “toys” - grill, beach gear, etc. There is absolutely nothing to do in Rotonda...

'The house is amazing and and the location is close to beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. The layout of the house perfect and worked for all of our family. The only thing we had some problems with is the house was not stocked well, 4 towels for 6 people did not work well, also the master bathroom had ants everywhere and the shower still had hair in it. The TV on the patio kept shutting off after 4 minutes.The Air-conditioning went out as well while we were there (not their fault) but...

It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation.'

'We loved this location- everything was a vibe! Laid back and exactly what you need to rejuvenate.. Very clean, loved the aesthetic and the beach is but a few steps away! Heather is an excellent host and most of what you need for the beach is already here and available for use.. We def will be returning.. Perfect spot to catch the sunset - thank you for everything!'
