'Everything was very clean. Check in was very easy and it was nice to be able to bring our dog with us. Bed was very hard. Only issue we ran in to is it is a duplex with rather thin walls and we could hear everything next door even just walking around. '

'I wanted to experience what is it like to live in a tiny house. At this property I finally got a chance to do that. The house has peaceful surroundings and everything you need for a couple inside. Just don’t forget your own spoons and forks. Beware of a ladder to the bedroom upstairs. If you are night traveler to a bathroom- it may become a hassle. 'Check-in info was detailed and accurate. No issues at all. The space was so homey and welcoming. And James really was a God send. Coordinating for all my sisters coming from 3 different states on such a short notice for a loved one's funeral was difficult, but James was so accommodating and understanding no matter how many times I reached out to him to alter my reservation. 'This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.'

'Went to visit kids who live in the area. Normally we get a hotel but decided to try doing something different. This was so much better than hotels and plan to go back next time we are down.'
