'They have thought of everything. Excellent facilities and immaculately clean. Pretty quiet for the 2 nights I was there. They give plenty of advance warning about the steep stairs and they are very steep. Easy access to bus and train station and on the door step of the old town. Would stay again. '

'Goede check in en check out, mooie schone kamer en ruime badkamer.
Room service een beetje te langzaam maar waarschijnlijk omdat t nationaal feest was en ze het erg druk hadden, voor de rest prima service en vriendelijk personeel '

'This hotel is situated in a recently renovated convent so everything was spotless. The only negative thing we can think of was the fact that we didn't have a walk in shower but instead had to shower the bathtub. Because of this you would have step in and out of the bathtub which required a rather high step that not everyone would be capable of. Since the tub itself was a bit slippery that was not very comfortable. I have to say that when we mentioned this to the staff when leaving they said we...
'I had a fantastic stay at this hostel in Riga and would absolutely give it 5 stars! The location is unbeatable - right in the city center, just a short and easy bus ride from the airport. It’s perfect for exploring both the charming Old Town and the more modern parts of the city. Plus, it’s just a few steps away from the central market, which I definitely recommend visiting!

'In the heart of the old town near to all attractions , unique individual hotel . Clean & tidy , no added frills but great value for money . A big chain hotel it isn't but all the better from my point of view . '

"De locatie is prima, het personeel stroef tot zeer vriendelijk maar het ontbijt is een ramp. Geen of nauwelijks plek, lange wachttijden bij slechts 1 koffieapparaat, regelmatig kaas, bacon, brood of pancakes niet meer beschikbaar."
"The Pullman is perfectly located in the Old Town area of Riga. Close to a vast amount of buildings with (art Deco) grandeur. The 5 nights stay in a bigger than average size room was very comfortable. Great bed, sanitary facilities fine free supplies of mineral water, coffee and tea accompanied with a well loaded minibar.
Due to reconstruction work the gym and pool facilities were unavailable during the stay so it extended the time at breakfest. ;-)
A very complete breakfest; vegan, veggie, meat, fish, smoothies, breads, egg variaties, English and continental, lactose-free, gluten-free - you name it, the Pullman serves it. Impressive!
