It had multiple steps to get up to the room which my husband could not do. They moved us the next morning to a much nicer room with a patio, which rich much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.'

The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. '
