'All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out'

'Arrived late in the evening ready to relax and sleep for the night. After doing my usual inspection of the bed I discovered crumbs, stray hairs, and what looked like makeup on the pillow cases and sheets. The room was cleanish, about as clean as a typical hotel. It apps if they just didn’t change the sheets. I did mention to the front desk staff and they were friendly and helpful. Otherwise the stay was fine with no additional issues.'

'Staff was polite. The hotel claims to be 100% nonsmoking, however the room smelled like it either used to be a smoking room or someone had recently been smoking in there. Room cleanliness was poor. The bedsheets seemed to be the cleanest items in there. Floors turned out socks dirty. Towels were soft but stained. 'This was our return trip on this vacation. Our second stay at this hotel in one week. Due to the inconvenience of a buzzing in the smoke alarm in our room, the staff upgraded our room for this return trip. The room was very nice, as expected due to our previous experience here. Here. 'Unclean room, sticky all over, breakfast is like scam, just a cofee and some donnutes left on tbe table. Over all not a good place to stay.'

'Our stay was a disaster. It started off well when we received a free room upgrade. I was so excited when I saw the huge soaking tub, only to find out when I went to take a bath that there was no plug. I called down to the front desk, but they said they didn't have one for me. Since I hadn't been expecting the tub in the first place, I didn't feel like I could be too upset about there not being a plug. However, when I went to take a shower instead, there was a hair at the bottom of the shower....
