'The communication was much appreciated to help me navigate in this area. The videos were extremely helpful and quick responses to questions. I found the place to be very clean and convenient to get around the places I needed to go. I found there were two distinct noises: morning bakery, people grabbing coffee on their way to work, trams and basic traffic....at night, it was full party mode with loud italian singing off key and happy patrons walking the streets. 'Valentina was exceptional, very clear instructions and always answered our messages instantly. I stayed here with my family of 4 (5 total). There was more than enough room for us. The location was great as the streetcar to go downtown Milan is right across the street and took about 35 minutes to get to the Duomo. The apartment was very clean and exactly as advertised. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking to stay outside of the city center. '

'I have absolutely no complaints. I enjoyed the apartment and my stay in Italy. The neighbors are a whole different story. UGH! 😣'

"Super central location and great facilities and friendly staff! Were able to check us in a bit earlier, catered to requests like extra blankets and were friendly from the valet to the desk to the restaurant. The room was really spacious and the amenities were good. Love love loved the location, 5min walk from the metro and 30 second walk to the tram stop. Plenty of restaurant options in the are too and made it very easy to get around. Not to mention it's convenient when booking a day-trip to Como for example as the meeting point for the buses is right outside the hotel. Despite being central there were no noise disturbances at all (we were on the 1st floor even). Overall a great stay and would honestly stay again when visiting Milan a next time! "
