'The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. 7 minutes walk to Porta Romana M3 Station! Jerome from Customer Service was excellent!!! He gave easy to follow step by step instructions! It’s good to have my whole family in 1 apartment rather than in a different hotel rooms. '

'The studio was very cute and in a nice location in Milan. It was also clean and tidy when we arrived. However, we had planned to cook some meals when we were there and already bought ingredients to find that the stove top was not working. We messaged the studio contact, but he was not able to help us and did not provide a solution. Eventually he stopped replying. We asked for a small reimbursement since we weren’t able to cook our food using the stove, but have not had a reply in weeks. Overall...

'Did not get directions for check in. Took an hour to reach the operator after arrival. No kitchen supplies like towels... we stayed 4 nights with 4 persons, was provide with a small soap, one roll of toilet paper per person. We were asked to clean out garbage at departure, not sure why it is a guest responsibilities and not a job for their cleaner. '

'Showed up, the instructions to enter property did not work. Residents of the building let us in, had to call customer service. There was trash inside the apartment, condition of property does not match the photos. Very old and not kept up. Location is ok, easy access to the trams. This was the redeeming factor. '

'新裝修的房子住起來乾淨舒適寬敞，唯獨需留意要間隔洗澡，不然會沒熱水使用。米蘭的市區火車就在樓下，懂得轉乘地鐵的話算方便，公車、電車附近都有，走路1分鐘就有超市很方便。另外住宿鑰匙有指示必須先去米蘭中央火車站italianway辦公室拿，再去住宿公寓，有多件行李的要規劃一下。'

'Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et calme. Toutefois, il est situé un peu loin du centre-ville (duomo) que l’on peut néanmoins atteindre par les transports collectifs (bus 92 métro). Des supermarchés et une très bonne gelateria à proximité. '

'My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Milan during fashion week. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area and within walking proximity to various restaurants, Duomo and Metro train station. We felt safe walking back after late dinners. The host met us upon arrival and pointed out interesting locations. The apartment was spotless and tastefully furnished. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Milan. Five stars!"'

'Séjour parfait, emplacement de la location parfaite proche du centre et de ses visites, endroit propre, un plus pour la climatisation en période de forte chaleur.Le petit bémol serait pour le parking, il n'y a pas de place gratuite proche du logement et les prix des parkings sont très élevés.'

'El alojamiento esta retirado del metro mas cercano para ir al centro y evitar coger el coche. Es amplio para 4 personas, menos mal que tiene aire acondicionado pues la calle donde esta situado tiene mucho trafico y es el ultimo piso por lo que es caluroso. Tiene a 100 metros un supermercado y a 500 metros una zona de aparcamiento libre de hora. '

"Super central location and great facilities and friendly staff! Were able to check us in a bit earlier, catered to requests like extra blankets and were friendly from the valet to the desk to the restaurant. The room was really spacious and the amenities were good. Love love loved the location, 5min walk from the metro and 30 second walk to the tram stop. Plenty of restaurant options in the are too and made it very easy to get around. Not to mention it's convenient when booking a day-trip to Como for example as the meeting point for the buses is right outside the hotel. Despite being central there were no noise disturbances at all (we were on the 1st floor even). Overall a great stay and would honestly stay again when visiting Milan a next time! "
