'This place was super central right in the pedestrian area. It was clean and had a good kitchen. Bed was great. Two small grocery stores within steps. The rooftop was sunny. It was noisy in the streets, as expected, with yippy dogs, scooters, street sweepers and loud talkers. Earplugs needed at night. Overall it was a perfect location for everything Palma has to offer. '

'Sadly we encountered some issues at the property including cleanliness, dust, damp, lack of refurbishment and sound issues plus lack of hot water on the last day. The host refunded the cleaning fee. The location is good and central however and with some modernisation and repair it could be a nice property. The communication was good with the external host company throughout all the issues and all done remotely. '

'The view from the topmost crows nest is spectacular. There are some 78 steps to the unit’s door. There is a flight of stairs between living and bedrooms. There is a toilet with shower on each floor. There are small steps between nearly all rooms. The kitchen has basic needs but lacks a full complement of cookware and has a usable but damaged coffee maker. There are 3 wonderful balconies with furniture and a very small couch cubicle in the living room. The heater did not work too well but owner...

'Great cosy stay in Palma. Place was clean, has airco, has own (secured) parking place that you can access anytime (big win in Mallorca) and is recently renovated.
Stayed here with my wife and baby, perfect location if you want to visit Palma and need to be close to the airport. Would recommend!'
