'My daughter and her dog stayed at this property for an extended time for an internship in Atlanta. We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. The property was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont Park. There were spaces available surrounding the area for her to take her dog out. 'From check-in to check-out we felt welcomed. The property was in an area where we felt safe. There were places to eat and shop within walking distance, which was nice. Overall, a positive experience. Daniel, who took care of our check-in, was wonderful!'

'The hallway smelled of weed, the bathroom door would not close, there were cockroaches everywhere, the mini fridge would not close because of a build up of ice. It was an older hotel and it has not been updated or maintained. It was disgusting.'
