'Beautiful and clean establishment, but on a college campus, so it is noisy. Lots of cars revving in the parking garage next door into the night. Otherwise, safe, clean, great staff and onsite parking. Will definitely be back!'

'compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! 'Good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Looked like hotel was understaffed, which seemed to create some stress with some of the staff. Not that they were not friendly, but sometimes they seemed distracted.'

'The room was very nice, even had robes. One thing was the blasting strobe light from the smoke detectors on the wall. It was very bright and hard to sleep with it going off every 3 minutes or so. Told the staff when leaving that that was annoying.'

'The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper...

'The air conditioner in my room didn’t work and I informed the hotel staff but nothing was done about it , luckily I was only there for 2 nights . Also I didn’t really care for the breakfast.'
