'From our initial welcome to the KTInn from “Just Deb” to the graciousness extended to our party of 4 was a shock, to be truthful. The generosity from Sean and “Just Deb” extended to us when we got stranded, unwittingly, at Jordan Pond House, after dinner Wednesday evening was truly exemplary. Recommendation- don’t use Uber. 'The location of this home is very misleading. Although if you search the exact location, you will find it’s in/near the forest but looking at the pics posted you would think it was near the beach and it is not. I could overlook that if the home was stocked with everything needed and beds were comfortable but that was not the case. We were given 5 bath towels for 4 people for 4days, 1 dish cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 dirty sponge with no washer or dryer and no dishwasher. Extra towels were dropped...

'Wow! This was the most beautiful place. The property is tucked up on a beautiful lot of trees and ferns. Our room was just gorgeous with beautiful furniture, wallpaper and a fireplace. I couldn’t believe we were staying in such a storybook place. I found Mike at the checkin super kind and helpful. He also gave great recommendations for hiking based on my husband’s mobility needs. His advice was perfect—made our trip! You can literally enter Acadia from the trails directly behind the hotel....

'Pretty decent accommodation in a great location. The mattress was a bit worn and sagging a bit, but that wasn’t a big issue. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the location was quiet at night. Thank you.'
