'This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons in Australia. We had an awesome view of the harbor. We included breakfast with our stay and the buffet was awesome and the staff were nice and friendly! The location is perfect, close to the ferries and the harbor. The beds are comfortable! '

'While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. '

'Definitely great location with easy access to the train station, tram, and bus station. Only downside I would say is walls are pretty thin, sometimes there would be a louder group walking by, when neighbouring rooms were using the shower or people would let their doors slam shut. I could hear it all. This didn't bother me as much as my floor wasn't too busy and I would literally pass out from exhaustion during the night. Just something to keep in mind. Breakfast was always amazing and it starts...

'Wow. This is how it should be. The only negative thing I can come up with is that they didn’t mention that the restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival. Rooms are spacious and have all you need, incl. free mini bar. Also lots of amenities are free and delivered to your room. Breakfast is very well. Very friendly personal. Free washing facilities, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym are perfect. This is the best hotel we stayed in during our 7 month vacation. '
