'The associates Miyaco and Naoki were excellent, they help us a lot, they wrote messages and instructions for the taxi drivers in their language, Japanese, they gave us information about places to visit, they wrote introductions in English and Japanese to ride the subway and hoe to exit the train stations, wlich are huge and confusing to exit, it was a great service, they are great'

'Just finished a four day stay at the hotel and it was a great stay. We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. "Dormy Inn Shibuya was an excellent stay for our purposes. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities. Recommended!"
