'Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. 'The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. 'Our room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a comfortable layout with shampoos and body wash inside the shower. Though it was noisy at night due to the street noise of loud motorcycles, cars, and trucks going by since our room was on the street side. If there is anyway to lessen the noise from the street, the hotel should do it.'
