'Outstanding from start to finish. Extremely clean. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Tasteful coastal decor, brand new furniture and mid to higher range appliances, walking distance to all that the sponge docks district has to offer. Fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. Also just a short drive to nearby beaches and adjacent fun towns like Dunedin and Clearwater to the south and Weekie watchee to the north. The host was very responsive at any hour and accommodating to requests/questions. Really...

'The home is located on the most beautiful lot in the neighborhood. When you step out poolside or in one of the reading sitting areas you feel like you are on a private island. The chickens are so fun! The home is lovely and clean. The owners made some great suggestions for dinner and shopping. I would definitely stay again.'
