'This was the best hotel of my 2 week trip. The hotel is new and you can tell, it is beautiful, clean and elegant. The location is great as it is in the middle of the Old Quarter and the staff was AMAZING! Top service. Tom, the manager was outstanding. '

'Beautiful hotel in the middle of Hanoi Old Town. Room was relatively small compared to others I had stayed at but I think that's pretty normal for Hanoi.
