'Super clean because it was new, and nicely done rooms with great amenities. Bed was comfortable and the large tv's were great. The a/c unit cycled up and down and didn't seem adequate for an apartment sized room but did OK. The water wasn't hot enough regardless the time of day but you won't freeze. In the handicap accessible shower, water will go everywhere in the bathroom and cause a slip hazard. If your room is by the secondary exit, you will hear everything in the stairwell and the door...

'This was our first stay and we will be back. The only issues we had was that the blow dryer didn’t get hot so it took forever to get my hair dry and the bottle filler in the lobby was also not working. Certainly not anything that would stop us from booking again. Staff was great, room was great and breakfast was great. Thanks again!'

'Normally I try to give the benefit of the doubt but when multiple things happen it is more than the short straw at hand. Stayed previously for 10 nights, went home for a weekend and finished stay with 4 more nights. Toner in printer was low first couple of nights and then went out completely 9 days ago. They said we will leave a note for daytime crew. 3 days last week without toner and came back this week and still nothing replaced or fixed….strike 1. No one is replacing or taking...

'The room was modern and quiet, but had a strong odor of having been cleaned with an old or dirty rag. The smell lingered throughout the stay. There was also other people's hair on the shower wall, which was off-putting. One set of bed sheets, while clean, had black spotted stains .The breakfast was good and beyond the usual continental sugar carb choices. There were eggs, sausages, fresh fruit and even a waffle maker. The staff was nice but for the price per night, I would expect a higher level...

'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products. Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building. Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'
