'Een nieuw team die nog aan het inwerken was. Desondanks hebben we een goeie ervaring gehad. Behulpzaam, vriendelijk en attent. Hartstikke leuke service gehad.
2 keer van kamer verwisseld ivm airco problemen. Mooie kamer gekregen uiteindelijk en heerlijk geslapen. Het hotel is centraal gelegen, heel veel op loopafstand mogelijk. Ook dicht bij Metro Station. Echt een aanrader. Top!'

'For London standaards this was a good hotel. Fine breakfast, nice staf, room had enough space to move. You get a welcome drink in the pub across the street. Bathroom was not so good, leaking, bad smell and small.'
