Muito bem localizado, próximo a estação de trem Gare di Palais, e próximo a rua St. Jean, e as atrações da parte velha de Quebec. Cabe ressaltar que a propriedade não tem elevador, e pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção podem ter dificuldade de subir a nos escadas para acessar o quarto. Ót'
