'Clean and convenient.'

'Terrible!!!!!!! No hot water and no help what so ever. Asked kindly for compensation for the inconvenience and nothing. Apparently it’s my problem. Not being able to take a shower and how they are cleaning linen and the kitchen with cold water doesn’t sound very sanitary to me. '

'The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. '

'I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. 'Everything was top notch'

'The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy.'

'Overall the hotel was nice, clean and spacious. Our toilet did not flush and the hotel did not seemed staffed to accommodate any guests requests. They dropped a plunger off at our door and walked away. It was a good thing we were only there for one night. '
