'Beautiful view and large apartment!'

'Property was clean. The check-in process and owner's communication were great. Had all we needed for our stay. Might just point out that the unit is located up a narrow flight of stairs.'

'That’s what this adorable little bungalow felt like. Small, but when the SoCal weather is nice, there is a huge deck to enjoy the amazing views and ocean breezes. Great couple spot.'

Apt had great amenities, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, and small things like dish soap and sponge (which we sometimes don't have at other rental homes and need to run to the supermarket last min). Owner/manager was very responsive. The back lock on the deck was broken, but didn't feel unsafe since people on the beach can't get up to the deck. Bunk beds was fine for my teens.'

'I came to town with my husband to run a marathon. This home was in the perfect location, walking distance to the expo and finish line. It also turned out to be conveniently located by a handful of restaurants and a grocery store! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the backyard games. The host was excellent with communication as well. I’ll stay here next year if we decide to run that marathon again….. which we likely will!'

'Spent a month here while working at the Reagan Library. Beautiful area with lots to do. The room is comfy and homely, Klaus and Katlen were friendly and gracious hosts throughout - no complaints whatsoever. Fabulous place!'

'Megan's property was perfect for my mom and I to come out to visit family for the weekend. It was easy to find with the directions that she provided, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again and hopefully meeting some of the chickens next time 😊'

'Fernanda was an amazing host and her place was so comfortable to stay in. I had the best sleep and rest there because the mattress was extremely comfortable. She has a fully functioning kitchen where you can cook and also modern fittings in the bathroom as well. Will definitely be back here!'

'I chose this for its location - approximately 3 blocks from my dad's home, and conveniently close to Starbucks and the regional library! The parking situation was a little challenging and I was glad I didn't have a car to juggle with a very busy street to pull out on. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom was great. The kitchen situation, with all appliances plugged into an outlet strip, was not the safest. I'm glad the fridge and microwave worked! '

'PERFECT'

'Lovely studio exceptionally clean and quiet. The entrance is through a gate on the right of the main house and then through a longer pathway to the studios. If the owner wouldn’t have been present to greet me, I wouldn’t have known how to get in the studio through the side gate. That would’ve been confusing for me. It’s a very large property and we felt very safe. There is only street parking available. Their communication was excellent.'

'Great property to relax with family and friends with large open spaces that enhance the mellow space. Easy to get to and everything you could need is either at the house or in a short distance.'

'There were enough bedrooms (4) to accommodate the 5 adults and 5 children without using the living room as a place to set up extra beds. It was good to have the 4 small bathrooms for 10 people, however there were some issues with the water flowing out of one of the showers. The large living room with vaulted ceilings was the main hangout place. The furniture in there was great for the kids, but did not provide much support for those with lower back issues.
