'Expedia will tell you that there is an airport shuttle. When you try to request the Shuttle, the hotel will tell you that they have not offered it for six months and they will in no way assist you. Then they will be rather rude and make you feel like they are going to stalk you during your stay if you complain.'

'I wish that I had gotten her name but the lady at the front desk was so helpful. I asked about a local map as there was not one in the carousel of brochures, she took the time to go on line and make one for us with the local attractions ! It would be nice if the hotel put some outdoor seating. we used the area near the shops as they were all closed but not sure if the businesses would appreciate (we did make sure to clean up )'

'Hotel was nice and was convenient to access public transportation. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Customer service could have been a little better with friendlier check-in hostess. Specific example is when i picked up my luggage since i could not check in early, they just handed it to me with no verbal acknowledgement or courtesy.'

'There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.'
