'First room had water leaking and water damage in the bathroom. I found many hairs in my bed and have pictures to prove for both. Air conditioning did not work good at all and we had to wait for hours to receive a better room. The room smelled like mold and one of the staff were stern and not very polite.'

'Hole in the wall… literally had a hole in my wall. Toilet seat was broken. Was told by staff they couldn’t do anything until the next day… and they didn’t even come. They have roaches…. Kinda gives that it may also be a shelter. I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the covers. Nice price point, but it’s wayyy better options in the area with similar price. Don’t do it. No shuttle either'

'We recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated the convenient location, especially being able to walk to Citizens Bank Park for the game.
Unfortunately, our room was not ready until about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time. The hotel provided two complimentary drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture, although we do not drink and were unable to use them.
The room itself was clean overall, but there was noticeable dirt on the carpet in the bedroom area, and the body wash...

'Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!'

'There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.'
