'We enjoyed our stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, it was quiet, and it felt safe. Breakfast was basic: we arrived at 8.15 and most of the warm dishes were empty already, just some scrambled eggs were left, but there was yoghurt, bread, pancakes, etc.'

'Arrived to be notified of 2 surprises I don't recall seeing in property description. Yes, they are dog friendly, however the fee is $75/ night and the pet area is across the street and half block away, not convenient for middle of the night potty run. Also, the ONLY parking is Valet which I was told was $20, final bill was $28, rounding out a 1 night stay to >$500. Sure there's "on street parking" if you can find it with several other hotels nearby. Would stay elsewhere next time.'

'Our room was very spacious and clean! The staff is very pleasant and helpful! However, we were told by staff during our stay that this hotel would be closing as of June 1, 2026. I was very sad to hear that because this hotel is close to several areas that we frequent when we visit Winston-Salem as well as friends nearby.
