Prima hotel op toplocatie! Goed georganiseerd, vriendelijk personeel. Kamers worden dagelijks goed verzorgd. Veel winkel- en horecafaciliteiten direct buiten het hotel. Prima!

We had a very nice stay but the room was a little bit small compared to other hotels we had for a similar price. The breakfast was very good but we stayed for 5 nights and it never changed so it missed some variation. But overall a good stay.

Stayed with family including our 8 months old. Clean property, friendly staff and close to Ginza shopping street ( 5 mins walk ), Tsukiji market ( 8 mins walk ) and Tokyo station ( 9 mins walk ). Glad we chose this property. Will do it again next time without any hesitation.

Hôtel à quelque minutes à pied de la rue principale de Ginza et de station de métro. Je suppose pour raison de sécurité, les 3 ascenceurs s'arrêtent systématiquement du 2F, réception. Sécurisant ok, mais à force pour des séjours de plus de 5 jours, un peu lassant. Mais pas bloquant.

The surrounding of the property has tonnes of nice food and near to subway station. The staff is very profesional and helpful. They will give new towels daily even if we mention no cleaning is required. I would highly recommend this hotel. Will stay here again when I come back again. Keep up the good work.

Hard to find, small entrance, most taxis don’t know about this hotel they seemed shocked and have to look it up or google. Closest major shop is Harry Winston three blocks away. 3 convenient stores less than a minutes walk like Lawsons and Family Mart for snacks and essentials. 10 minutes walk from Ginza Station.
