'The property is very much as listed. Very centrally located and easy to get around. Property management was very good and easy to deal with the entire time. It’s a small issue but the interior doors are glass and let in light at night from the exterior lights of the house and the street. May be an issue if you want a totally dark room at night. I'

'I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.'

This residence did not disappoint, from the accommodations, to the layout, to the amenities. The only recommendation that I'd offer is for pest services to come out more frequently, perhaps. Saw quite a bit of unwanted visitors, more so in the casita because it's group level.
