Nice hotel, plenty of parking space, nice room.
We stayed 4 nights in Vaughan and this hotel was just perfect: a pool for the kids / good breakfast and a fantastically designed room. We will be back!

Ik was verbaasd van al die positieve berichten ,maar mijn vriendin haalde mijn over om te gaan . Je komt hotel binnen en het straald een en al luxe uit . De hotel medewerker die ons incheckte had erg veel humor Er staan in de tuin 3 Barbeque vergeet ons niet te uittenodigen .Het voeld als thuis komen .Het voor deel van de studio is dat je lekker op de hoekbank kan zitten tv kijken en met zo een mooie keuken geniet je van je studio .En aan de overkant van het hotel genoeg eetgelegen heden .In de fitness ligt er zels fruit klaar enz. Goed ontbijt wordt steeds bijgevuld . Hele dag kan je capacinno of espresso gratis halen .Ja toen we de kamer uit gingen om uittechekke voelde dat verdrietig aan .Zo erg hadden wij van de kamer en hotel genoten .Ja Aanrader

The information that you convey is not accurate and the issues resulting from your group/party of guests is unacceptable to our Hotel and for that reason, we have listed your name on our guest database as a guest that is no longer welcome. Our team and Hotel are professional in their approach and recognize the importance they play on guest satisfaction. Guests who stay at our Hotel are responsible for the conduct of their respective guests. The Police was also involved in this matter and was concluded to have you vacate our premise. There are many other Hotels in Vaughan who may accept this behaviour. We are not one of them and are accepting of your decision to stay elsewhere moving forward. The sentiment is mutual.

I paid same price as the Hilton was charging because it had a good Google review. it is not the same level as the Hilton didn’t realize it was pet friendly, which is good for some people but not me

My bed was soaked because the sheets were not changed from the people the night before. Truly upsetting to spend so much money to have soaked sheets, and then when I called to get this fixed security just drops of sheets. I had to remake my own bed. With sheets for my first night there. Pool and hot tub had clumps of hair and dirt in th pool.

J'adore cet hôtel. Très beau lobby. Personnel accueillant. Beau choix de déjeuner. Très bon café. Terrasse avec BBQ pour l'été. Cuisinette dans la chambre. Ne pas prendre une chambre près des escaliers parce que bruyant. S'assurer des heures de déjeuner parce que pa s les mêmes la semaine que la fin de semaine.

When i checked out, the girl at the desk didnt give me my deposit back, and said it would return in 3 to 5 business days. I live an hour away and dont drive i had to pay for gas for someone to drive me all the way to come back to recieve it on my debit. Also the complimentary breakfast tasted terrible.

better than expected
Pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped the kitchen was. Confused by light switches, was not clear how they worked. Pillows weren't great. Everything seemed clean and well-maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. A little crowded for breakfast (not a lot of room for serving food) but staff kept on top of clearing so there was clean space to sit when needed.

The Food service manager Hassina was very polite professional and very hospitable, she went above and beyond to accommodate our need . the breakfast were great. the night service gentleman was very helpful and pleasant. we arrived 1/13/24 around 8:30 pm.

Vey pleased and would book again!
The room was very comfortable and had many amenities available for use. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! I did a quick workout in the full gym. Every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly. I slept well and would stay again!

The king size bed and sofabed were both terrible. Very uncomfortable. The king size bed mattress was extremely soft and only back sleeping was possible. A mattress change is long overdue. The springs on the sofabed and its mattress could be felt when laying on it. A change for it, is also long overdue. We set the overnight temp to 18.5 degrees (lowest setting) which forced the air conditioning on. Every time the air conditioner would turn off, a hissing sound could be heard, which would often wake us. A single switch near the exit door controlled all of the lights in the unit, including the bathroom and overhead lights. Lamps needed to be placed in the several locations (including the bathroom) to accommodate dim lighting. Minor complaint is that the Closed Captioning on the television did not work. It's something we like using when our daughter goes to bed. It was not possible in our room. The staff were awesome and very pleasant and helpful. For the amount of money we paid, we expect a far better stay. We likely won't be returning.
