'The hosts provide a perfect place to stay. It is cozy, but seems more roomy than the pictures suggest. Each room is enhanced by tastefully chosen art, furniture and unusually varied lighting. The kitchen has a surprising amount of functionality, not least of which is how attractive it is. We didn't cook since Alameda has excellent, affordable restaurants nearby, We slept well.'

'I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. '

'We have been visiting Stinson for 20 years and while its popularity has grown over time it feels like home even though its no longer our secret little beach town. This cottage is so perfectly located to enjoy all the best things in Stinson. Most importantly it’s super close to the beach! 'We had an incredible time at this little cottage. The host is so friendly and helpful, making sure we had a travel crib for our 1 year old and giving lots of toddler-friendly suggestions for activities that we followed and really enjoyed. The cottage is cool and roomy but cosy, with a very comfy couch and nice open living area. 'I loved this little rental! It was perfectly located- just steps to an amazing beach, half mile walk along the road or beach to the cute little town, with an excellent restaurant for meals and coffee and pastries. The unit was very clean and comfortable inside and out, it had everything I needed in the kitchen, the bed was comfy and a nice outdoor space to sit. 'I am not sure if it's the property manager, who did call and apologize the next day, or VRBO processes and management. We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO.
