This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

'Owner/manager was there to greet us and give initial tour. Home exactly as specified with large spacious rooms , updated appliances. Manager on site and immediately available when we weren’t sure about something or just had questions. Will definitely go back. Neighborhood extremely quiet and all homes in area kept up nicely. '

'This was a great place to experience downtown Ft. Myers. Perfect location and a great layout. Entry was easy and the owner was very responsive. Great kitchen area and tons of natural light! Only slightly interesting part was the elevator. It’s older but worked like a charm. Would stay in the same spot again if I’m back there!'
