'This is the standard one bedroom suite at Everline. Kitchen is well stocked, bathroom is spacious, pullout couch is actually very comfortable. The only thing missing is a smart tv -- because the weather was terrible and we couldn't ski, we spent a lot of time watching bad movies on cable tv since we couldn't access any streaming services. 'This little place is great for a couple. It’s not lakeside it’s on the other side of the road. The best part was the fast response in communication with the host and we were able to check in a little early, which was great. It has a small kitchen, which I was able to make meals in for just the two of us. The bathroom was nice with no problems. TV worked well. The bed was ok just too firm for our liking. Tahoe is cool enough no need for AC. Check out the ice cream down the road and the pizza...

'Very convenient location for skiing at Alpine or Palisades. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. We didn’t use the sauna or jacuzzi, but they looked nice! Host was very responsive. Fireplace, big deck with BBQ, well equipped kitchen and extra blankets as the weather was changing rapidly! All in all a great stay and good communication via text (cell phone is necessary) with the host/group.'

The building had wonderful amenities, including 3 hot tubs, fitness center, and business rooms. We had 2 small complaints: 1) the kitchen is truly a kitchenette and has no oven. Looking back, the listing didn’t advertise an oven, but when you advertise a kitchen, it feels like lack of an oven should be called out. That messed with our dinner plans a bit. 2) there were only...

'Beautiful property and place! Love the calm setting away from the “touristy” part of Tahoe, but close to groceries, the beach, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again!'

'beautiful property, great communication.'
