'A group of girlfriends stayed at the house for a memorable weekend. The house is pristine, spacious, and perfect for a gathering. Beds were comfortable and thee kitchen was very well equipped for a home cooked meal. A quick walk to the beach made for a perfect weekend getaway.'

'This is a great property. We stayed here in May of 2022 and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this October. Property is beautiful, emaculately maintain, and has absolutly everything you could need. The beach is a huge plus even off-season. My husband and I stayed with my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. 'We had such a wonderful stay here. It was winter so the Cape is quiet but just being at the house was enough to keep us entertained. 'This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were...

The tiny house was just what we needed, as it was perfectly located near so many places we wanted to go too, and also had everything we needed in such a small and affordable place. The place is super small and the mattress is not the most comfortable, but if you are like us and just need a place to rest your head a couple days so you can go out and check out the Cape all day this is the place for you! 'Great house...only comment is the driveway could be paved better...refrigerator needs an upgrade with ice maker and filtered water and kitchen needs a kurig. Otherwise we loved it.'

'A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price.'
