'Great location and really neat historic property. Spacious yard and nice extras like beach equip, provided linens and basic toiletries. Bathrooms are older 1960s vintage (if you like or don’t like that). Note that the upstairs three bedrooms (two twins and one queen) do not have any air conditioning - just fans. 'Great clean little cottage. Perfect for two adults and a dog. The back yard is fenced in which was a pleasant surprise! Nice neighborhood there is a private beach within walking distance or a 5 minute drive to the public beach. The only issue we had was both mattresses seemed old and were not comfortable. '
