'Upon arrival, the home was clean and fairly private as it sits at the end of a beach, so it’s a turn around point for anyone walking the beach. Walk out the door and you’re on the beach with chairs right there. It’s hard to see the ocean through all the palms and trees grown, but you’re on it as soon as you leave the porch. 'This property was lovely - just as shown. The Sunrise Ridge team was very responsive when I had questions and even brought over a pitcher so we could make iced tea. The property was well appointed and we used the kitchen often. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding patio area. We also used the supplied sand chairs when we went to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The extra large washer and dryer were great. At first I thought having 3 different a/c units (main room and each bedroom)...

'My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants.
