'We enjoyed being able to walk off the property into National Forest and that it was secluded (good for the dog, who has a hard time around strangers). We saw a good amount of wildlife, large and small. Great place to stay if your goal is to get away from home and find some peace and quiet. Not particularly close to major tourist attractions, but convenient if you wanted to climb some of the 14ers between Breckenridge and Fairplay.'

'The cabin is excellent overall. Well maintained w/ plenty of character as well. The kitchen is well updated with pretty well all you could want. Living space is good too for probably up to 4-5 ppl. 'I won’t go into great detail, as the endless reviews speak for themselves. I’ll only say that our stay was like visiting a relative. I’ve never stayed in a vacation rental, that was better stocked. 'The house was beautiful, as was the property! The beds were comfortable and cozy, and the kids loved all the games.
