The only issue was the overwhelming smell of marijuana that was in the hall and at some points came into our room but once we mentioned it staff was very helpful. Overall we would stay here again'

The next day I complained again and they said they would clean the air conditioner. It made no effect so they moved me again. Next room was free from mold, but I developed new itchy bite marks on my abdomen and arms each morning.'

'GRIMY, dirty floors, dirty couches, smoke detector needed batteries and beeping light on my face all night, was switched to “cleaner” room the next day, same problem. Management indifferent and unresponsive.'

'First of all, I got norovirus from staying here. No explanation needed. Second, they are grifters - not only do they charge you a $15 a day per person a USE IT OR LOSE IT "credit" to be used at the hotel businesses, they automatically add 20% gratuity to every single thing, including the credit and the "complementary" breakfast! So if my partner and I at at the complementary breakfast I will still receive a bill for 20% of both our meals. Outrageous.'

'Hines, LQ properties have REALLY been disappointing me in the last 2-5years with dirty and understaffed rooms and hotels. This one changed that trend! Clean, upkeep done. Being across from a ritz Carlton property may be shy, but it was 5/5 stay.'
